Potato Pie
Ingredients
- 3 Gwillimdale Farms Yellow Potatoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup cheese
Instructions
- Peel and slice potatoes.
- Boil sliced potatoes and then layer in pie pan and spread to evenly over dish.
- Add spinach, tomatoes and cheese into the pie.
- Bake at 400 F for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy.
