Ingredients

Gwillimdale Farms Yellow Potatoes, sliced

olive oil

tsp
salt

cup
tomatoes

cup
spinach
1/2
cup
cheese
Instructions
Peel and slice potatoes.
Boil sliced potatoes and then layer in pie pan and spread to evenly over dish.
Add spinach, tomatoes and cheese into the pie.
Bake at 400 F for 30 to 40 minutes.
Slice and enjoy.
