Nutty Parsnip Scones
Ingredients
- 2 Gwillimdale Farms Parsnips
- 4 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 4 tbsp of self rising flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
Instructions
- Turn the oven to 200.
- Grate the parsnip into a bowl and add all the other ingredients.
- Mix together and then spoon equally between 6 greased muffin moulds.
- Squash down with the back of a spoon into moulds.
- Bake at 200 on a middle shelf for 30 mins.
- Let them cool slightly before popping them out.
