Nutty Parsnip Scones

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Gwillimdale Farms Parsnips
  • 4 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp of self rising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cheese, grated

Instructions
 

  • Turn the oven to 200.
  • Grate the parsnip into a bowl and add all the other ingredients.
  • Mix together and then spoon equally between 6 greased muffin moulds.
  • Squash down with the back of a spoon into moulds.
  • Bake at 200 on a middle shelf for 30 mins.
  • Let them cool slightly before popping them out.
