Official Entry Guidelines
1. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins on Saturday, August 23, 9;00 am and ends on Monday, September 1, 9:00 am.
3. How to Enter:
Complete the entry form with your name and email address above. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize:
One (1) Gwillimdale Farms Lunch Box Prize will be awarded, consisting of branded Yeti and Bento Box (approximate value): $85. Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and has no cash value.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries following the giveaway deadline. The selected entrant will be notified by email within 5 business days and must respond within 3 business days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the designated time, another entrant will be selected.
6. Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Gwillimdale Farms, which are final. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7. Privacy:
Personal information collected through this giveaway will be used solely to administer the contest and will be handled in accordance with Gwillimdale Farms’ Privacy Policy.
8. General:
Gwillimdale Farms reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend this giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.
