Made with just Gwillimdale Farms grated carrots, cheese, egg, and spices, these taco “shells” bake into thin, flexible sheets that mimic tortillas, only richer, more nutritious, and naturally low‑carb.
Carrot Tacos
Ingredients
- 2 Gwillimdale Farms Carrots, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Shred two Gwillimdale Farms carrots and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- In a medium mixing bow add shredded carrots, mozzarella cheese, 1 egg, salt and mix all together.
- Make the mix into balls and with a spoon press them into circles that mimic small tortillas. Make sure to line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes and enjoy.
