Carrot Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Gwillimdale Farms Carrots, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Shred two Gwillimdale Farms carrots and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  • In a medium mixing bow add shredded carrots, mozzarella cheese, 1 egg, salt and mix all together.
  • Make the mix into balls and with a spoon press them into circles that mimic small tortillas. Make sure to line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350F for 25 minutes and enjoy.
