Ingredients
- 2 cups Gwillimdale Farms Carrots
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp roasted cumin
Instructions
- Slice Gwillimdale carrots into thin circles.
- Add to pan over medium heat. Add orange juice, ginger, salt and chilli powder.
- Cover with the lid and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add butter and roasted cumin, mix it around until the butter has melted.
- Remove from the heat, add to blender and blend until you get a smooth spread like consitency.
