Carrot Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Gwillimdale Farms Carrots
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin

Instructions
 

  • Slice Gwillimdale carrots into thin circles.
  • Add to pan over medium heat. Add orange juice, ginger, salt and chilli powder.
  • Cover with the lid and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Add butter and roasted cumin, mix it around until the butter has melted.
  • Remove from the heat, add to blender and blend until you get a smooth spread like consitency.
