Carrot Rockets
Ingredients
- 1 cup Gwillimdale Farms Carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Pour gram flour, corn flour and salt and mix well.
- Add grated carrots, coriander leaves, ginger, cumin seeds, water and mix altogether well.
- Wet your hands and make into balls then roll out to make the rocket shape.
- Fry for 6 minutes.
