Using a canvas, create a colourful Halloween masterpiece with fresh vegetables and flavourful dips. We used a vibrant beet dip shaped into a witch’s hat and our signature carrot spread arranged to resemble a cheerful pumpkin.
Halloween Canvas Dip
Ingredients
- 5 Gwillimdale Farms Rainbow Carrots for dipping
Carrot Spread
- 5 Gwillimdale Farms Carrots
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic
Beet Spread
- 5 Gwillimdale Farms Beets
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic
Instructions
- Cut up Gwillimdale Farms Rainbow Carrots for dipping.
Carrot Spread
- Wash and Peel carrots, then boil until soft. Add to blender until smooth.
- Mix together carrots, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic
- Then spread onto canvas in the shape of a pumpkin.
Beet Spread
- Wash and Peel beets, then boil until soft. Add to blender until smooth.
- Mix together beets, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic
- Then spread onto canvas in the shape of a witch hat.
