Halloween Canvas Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Gwillimdale Farms Rainbow Carrots for dipping

Carrot Spread

  • 5 Gwillimdale Farms Carrots
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic

Beet Spread

  • 5 Gwillimdale Farms Beets
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic

Instructions
 

  • Cut up Gwillimdale Farms Rainbow Carrots for dipping.

Carrot Spread

  • Wash and Peel carrots, then boil until soft. Add to blender until smooth.
  • Mix together carrots, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic
  • Then spread onto canvas in the shape of a pumpkin.

Beet Spread

  • Wash and Peel beets, then boil until soft. Add to blender until smooth.
  • Mix together beets, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic
  • Then spread onto canvas in the shape of a witch hat.
