Potato Puff Pastry Bites
Ingredients
- 3 Gwillimdale Farms Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- 1 cup Gwillimdale Farms Onion, sliced
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- salt to taste
Masala mix:
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp haldi powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp amachur powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
Instructions
- Make the filling by sautéing the onions, masala mix & potato.
- Then stuff the filling in the puff pastry sheet.
- Preheat & bake at 200 degrees for 20-22mins until it turns golden & crispy!
- Serve with mint chutney and enjoy!
