Ingredients

Gwillimdale Farms Potatoes (boiled & mashed)

Gwillimdale Farms Onion, sliced
2
green chillies, chopped
salt to taste
Masala mix:
1
tbsp
Red chilli powder
1
tsp
haldi powder
1
tsp
garam masala
1
tsp
amachur powder
2
tsp
coriander powder
Instructions
Make the filling by sautéing the onions, masala mix & potato.
Then stuff the filling in the puff pastry sheet.
Preheat & bake at 200 degrees for 20-22mins until it turns golden & crispy!
Serve with mint chutney and enjoy!
