Potato Puff Pastry Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Gwillimdale Farms Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  • 1 cup Gwillimdale Farms Onion, sliced
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • salt to taste

Masala mix:

  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp haldi powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp amachur powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder

Instructions
 

  • Make the filling by sautéing the onions, masala mix & potato.
  • Then stuff the filling in the puff pastry sheet.
  • Preheat & bake at 200 degrees for 20-22mins until it turns golden & crispy!
  • Serve with mint chutney and enjoy!
