Ingredients
- 1 Gwillimdale Farms Onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 flatbread
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup fontina cheese, shredded
- arugula
Instructions
- In a pan over medium-high heat butter and olive oil. Add onions and let sit about 5 minutes.
