Red Onion Flatbread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Gwillimdale Farms Onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup fontina cheese, shredded
  • arugula

Instructions
 

  • In a pan over medium-high heat butter and olive oil. Add onions and let sit about 5 minutes.
  • To make flatbread: Preheat oven to 425°F. On flatbread layer cheese, and arugula, olive oil and Gwillimdale Farms Onions. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
