Cool Carrot Salad – A refreshing twist on a classic, loaded with crunch and a zesty finish. Packed with toppings that will fuel you through your day, nothing screams summer quite like this salad does! It’s perfect for a quick, easy, nutritious and let’s not forget delicious summer lunch. 

Cooking Tip: For extra crunch slice your carrots thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife. The thinner the slice, the more texture and visual appeal your salad will have.
