These low-carb Gwillimdale Farms Onion rings are a light, crispy upgrade to the traditional version. Baked (not fried!) and coated in savory goodness, they’re a crunchy snack that pairs perfectly with your favourite dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Gwillimdale Farms Yellow Onion Slices
  • 1 & 1/2 colby jack cheese, shredded
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place half of the shredded cheese in each ring of a donut pan.
  • Add an onion slice to each one.
  • Top with remaining cheese and then sprinkle on some seasoned salt.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
