Maple Glazed Roasted Root Vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Gwillimdale Farms Beets, sliced
  • 4 Gwillimdale Farms Carrots, sliced
  • 4 Gwillimdale Farms Parsnips, sliced
  • 1 Cup Jakeman's Maple Syrup, drizzled
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F and slice vegetables evenly.
  • Place vegetables evenly on baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Add fresh herbs and drizzle maple syrup over vegetables.
