Our carrot crescent rolls are a kid-friendly favorite that are just as fun to make as they are to eat! Wrapped in golden crescent dough with a touch of cheesy goodness, these veggie-packed rolls are simple, tasty, and perfect for school lunches or after-school snacks.
Ingredients
- 8 Carrot Gwillimdale Sticks
- 4 oz Cheddar Cheese cut into strips
- 1 Tube of Refridgerated Crescent Rolls
OPTIONAL:
- 2 Bacon Strips cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Cut a lengthwise slit in each hot dog; fill with a strip of cheese and about 1/2 teaspoon bacon.
- Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place a carrot stick on the wide end of each triangle; roll toward the point. Place cheese side up on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° until golden brown, 12 minutes or until golden brown.
