Carrot Casserole

This Creative Carrot and Onion Casserole is a perfect side dish to serve for dinners and holiday meals. It’s both unique and delicious.


  • Gwillimdale Farms carrots
  • Condensed cream of celery soup
  • Water
  • Stovetop stuffing
  • Butter
  • Gwillimdale Farms yellow onion
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Green Onion


  • Preheat the oven to 325° F
  • Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray
  • Peel and cut carrots into small pieces
  • Cook in boiling water until tender
  • In medium bowl add 2 tablespoons butter and onions
  • Sauté in pan for a few minutes
  • In casserole dish add soup, cooked carrots, water, stuffing (dry mix), onions and butter.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top
  • Top with 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Enjoy
