Beet Dip
Ingredients
- 1 Gwillimdale Farms Beet
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup cream cheese
Instructions
- Wash and cut beet.
- Add all your ingredients to a blender except the cream cheese. Blend until smooth consistency.
- Spread cream cheese into a square on the plate. Add beet mix on each side.
