There’s nothing quite like a fresh batch of homemade fries using Gwillimdale Farms Potatoes, and the air fryer makes them unbelievably crisp without the grease. Tossed in garlic, parmesan, and a touch of parsley, these fries hit every savory note.
Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Fries
Ingredients
- 4 medium Gwillimdale Farms Potatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Prep the Potatoes. Wash and slice potatoes into fries. Place in an ice bath for 15-20 minutes. (Fries must be dry because seasoning.)
- Season the Fries. In a large bowl, toss fries with garlic powder, seasoning salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, and avocado oil until evenly coated.
- Arrange fries in the air fryer basket in an even layer and air fry at 400F for 30 - 35 minutes, tossing the basket every 8-10 minutes.
