Beet chips are the colorful, nutrient‑packed snack you didn’t know you needed. Thinly sliced beets crisp up beautifully in the air fryer, turning into vibrant chips with a naturally sweet, earthy flavor. They’re perfect for snacking, topping salads, or pairing with a tangy yogurt dip. 

Air Fryer Beet Chips 

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Gwillimdale Farms Beets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • Avocado spray

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Beet Chips. Before you get started, you’ll need to wash and peel your beets. Once they’re clean, slice them into thin rounds that are roughly the same size. This ensures that they cook evenly in the air fryer. Approximately 2-3 mm thick
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375F while you prepare the beets.
  • Toss beets with oil and seasonings.
  • Place the seasoned beet slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket, as this will cause the chips to cook unevenly. Cook the chips for 10-12 minutes (turning them halfway), or until they are crisp and golden brown.
