Ingredients
- Gwillimdale Farms Mini Potatoes
- 1 Gwillimdale Farms Onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper
- 2/3 cup yogurt
- 4 garlic cloves
- ginger, grated
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp Tandoori Masala
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and cut vegetables.
- Mix ingredients all together.
- Put vegetables into the mixture and coat well.
- Put vegetables on skewers and grill at 425 F for 25 minutes or until cooked.
