Ingredients
  

  • Gwillimdale Farms Mini Potatoes
  • 1 Gwillimdale Farms Onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2/3 cup yogurt
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp Tandoori Masala
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut vegetables.
  • Mix ingredients all together.
  • Put vegetables into the mixture and coat well.
  • Put vegetables on skewers and grill at 425 F for 25 minutes or until cooked.
