Beet Dip

Nothing says summer celebration like a dish that’s as beautiful as it is delicious. Our Canada Day Beet Dip is exactly that, a vibrant, creamy blend of beetroot pesto and cream cheese that is, quite honestly, insane in the best way.

Beet Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Gwillimdale Farms Beet
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut beet.
  • Add all your ingredients to a blender except the cream cheese. Blend until smooth consistency.
  • Spread cream cheese into a square on the plate. Add beet mix on each side.
