Ingredients
  

  • 3 Gwillimdale Farms Yellow Onions
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Grate 3 cups of mozzarella cheese.
  • Slice 3 yellow onions.
  • Place parchment paper on the pan with 3 cups of shredded cheese. Lay onion slices overtop. Add paprika, onion powder and salt.
  • Bake in oven at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
