Ingredients
- 3 Gwillimdale Farms Yellow Onions
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Grate 3 cups of mozzarella cheese.
- Slice 3 yellow onions.
- Place parchment paper on the pan with 3 cups of shredded cheese. Lay onion slices overtop. Add paprika, onion powder and salt.
- Bake in oven at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
