Air Fryer Parsnip Crisps
Ingredients
- 2 Gwillimdale Farms Parsnips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Peel parsnips and slice them into thin sticks to resemble fries.
- Add olive oil, curry powder, salt, pepper and mix together.
- Toss in air fryer evenly spaced and cook at 200F for 8 minutes.
