Air Fryer Parsnip Crisps

Parsnips don’t always get the spotlight, but once you try them in the air fryer, you’ll wonder why they aren’t a staple snack. Their natural sweetness intensifies as they crisp, creating a chip that’s both delicate and deeply flavorful. Season them simply with salt and pepper or get creative with smoked paprika, rosemary, or chili flakes. 

Air Fryer Parsnip Crisps

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Gwillimdale Farms Parsnips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel parsnips and slice them into thin sticks to resemble fries.
  • Add olive oil, curry powder, salt, pepper and mix together.
  • Toss in air fryer evenly spaced and cook at 200F for 8 minutes.
