  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Buttercream Icing

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered icing sugar

  • 1/8 cup mulled wine
  • 3 1/2 oz powdered icing sugar
