Ingredients
  

  • 1 Gwillimdale Farms Parsnip, chopped
  • 1 Gwillimdale Farms Beet, chopped
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Rinse, peel and chop vegetables and fruit.
  • Add water and blend until smooth.
  • Pour and enjoy.
