Wash and peel vegetables. Make sure to slice the vegetables into uniform pieces.
Carrot Nose: Slice one beet into a small round shape to represent the bunny’s nose. Place it in the center of the tray.
Bunny’s Outline: Use the remaining carrot pieces to create the bunny’s outline, arranging them to form the bunny’s head and body. This will serve as the base for the other vegetables.
Bunny’s Ears: Slice a carrot into thin strips and arrange them at the top of the bunny’s head to form the ears.
Bunny’s Eyes: Cut two small carrots and place them on the carrot outline for the bunny’s eyes. Use the purple rainbow carrot for a more dramatic look.
Serve with a dip of you're choice.
