Carrot Boats

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Gwillimdale Farms Carrots, Sliced
  • 1 Gwillimdale Farms Onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel carrots, then wrap in foil and heat on the grill for 20 minutes.
  • Slice in half, then mix ingredients together and add on top of each half.
